1. Using your strong foot, put your toes on top of the ball
2. With a fast movement roll the ball back with your foot, and pick the ball up. ( This is exact the same, if you wanted to pick up a ball with your hand…)
3. Using your strong foot go up to the ball and pick it up with your toes, this has to be a fast movement…
4. When you pick up the ball with your toes, bring your other leg around it ( front)
5. When the ball is in the air catch the ball with the weak foot and continue…
6. Using your strong foot. Put tip of your shoe on top of the ball, you going to have to roll the ball back little to pick it up
7. With a fast movement roll the ball back and with your toes pick the ball up
8. Bend your weak foot, your ankle should be facing the ground, kick the ball with your strong foot against the shoe
8. HINT. You need to bend your weak foot to the side, and try to hit the ball against your shoe
9. When the ball bounces against your shoe catch the ball with your leg making a “V” shape
10. With your strong foot kick the ball with
your heel against your other foot
11. This has to be a perfect timing, bring your weak foot up with the ball
12. Bring your weak foot up and the ball
will go with it. This trick has to be done in fast movement…
